GooPhone Manufacturer Warns Apple. Expected to Sue Apple if they release iphone 5 based on their android phone design.

Just After apple won the case against Samsung, A clever phone manufacturing company from China developed an Android phone known as GooPhone based on the physical design of the yet to be launched iPhone 5. Apparently this company has desinged GooPhone based on the leaked pictures of the next generation Apple iPhone 5. Since GooPhone was launched first in the market, they got their design patented in China. In any case if the actual iPhone 5 looks similar to GooPhone after its release next month, Then Apple may get the taste of their own medicine.. A patent lawsuit from a not-so-reputed company from China.

Now this is really Interesting.. Now all eyes are set on iPhone 5 release. There are numerous versions of iPhone 5 pics floating around the net. Only apple and its designers know how the actual  iPhone5 looks like.. Lets wait and see.. Bring it on.!
